This was taken in early December. We have a lot of does wandering through our property in Glenburn, but this was “that time of the year” and this buck though he’d hit the jackpot in our front yard! With the sun on the snow, we just thought it was a really pretty sight. Note the quail also visiting in the background.

It is that time of year again for the 14th annual McArthur Farm Supply Golf classic! This is an invitational only event for our growers, customers, and staff to get a chance to meet and have a little fun away from the fields and office.

Check in is at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2010 for a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. The format is a four person scramble, and McArthur Farm Supply will be responsible for putting the teams together. This has worked out well in the past, and gives everyone a chance to meet someone new.

14th Annual McArthur Farm Supply Golf Tournament ~ McArthur, Ca ~ Golfing

Immediately following the golf tournament, there will be a Vendor/Grower appreciation BBQ hosted by George and Chris McArthur at their home. If you have recieved an invitation you must RSVP to the Farm Supply no later than Friday, September 3, 2010 to compete.
